Experience Required: 0-2 Years (Freshers welcome)

Job Overview:
We are hiring a **Customer Support Executive** to manage and resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.

Key Responsibilities:

- Address and resolve customer issues effectively and professionally
- Maintain customer interaction records in the system
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve escalated issues
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Basic computer knowledge; experience with MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to handle customers with patience and empathy
- Prior experience in customer service will be an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
