Institutional Sales

Should have a strong background in **B2B, institutional sales**, **key account management**, and **industrial client engagement**, with a passion for delivering results and building long-term relationships.
- Drive sales growth by acquiring and managing institutional and industrial clients (transporters, government bodies, large fleets, industries, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify new business opportunities within the institutional segment and develop strategies for account penetration.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service level agreements aligned with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, logistics, accounts) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Track market trends, competition activity, and customer needs to provide market intelligence.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, collection targets, and customer acquisition KPIs.
- Ensure timely submission of sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs.
- Preferred industry: - Lubes, Oils, FMCG, Tyres, Batteries, Paint, Consumer Electronics, Bearings, Filters
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
