BHIVE is a group of Co-working and FinTech companies focused on commercial real estate. Workspace started out as the oldest co-working brand in Bangalore and is now one of the largest chains of co-working spaces in Bangalore.
Alts is a fast-growing Fintech Investment platform, we’re looking to leverage technology, making investing in Commercial Real Estate accessible to retail investors. We aim to create a family office for the top 5 % of wealthy Indians who do not have access to alternative investment opportunities.

**Key Deliverables**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current channel partners and build new relationships through outbound activities.
- Develop and execute outbound strategy that includes networking with banks,NBFC’s, IPC’s, wealth management
- You will be a key driver in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth through outbound activities.
- Actively seek and qualify leads through various channels, such as networking events, online platforms, referrals, and industry conferences.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and investors for targeted outreach.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales team with outbound activities.
- Manage onboarding of Channel partners and generate business from them
- You will also be responsible for engaging and retaining them throughout their journey with BHIVE alts and complete operational ownership of Channel partners.
- Conduct market research to assess market demands, competitor offerings, and industry trends, providing insights for product and service improvement.
**Key Competencies and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience with Wealth management firms, Banks preferably within a real estate or investment company, having outbound experience
- Highly motivated, with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with CRM software, such as HubSpot and Zoho, is a plus.
