**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in **Telugu** with clarity and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions using **MS Excel** and **CRM tools**.
- Assist customers with queries, provide relevant information, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Follow communication scripts and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Prepare and share daily call summaries and reports.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Excellent **Telugu communication skills** (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Basic proficiency in **English or Hindi** for internal communication.
- Strong knowledge of **Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook**.
- Good listening skills, patience, and empathy towards customers.
- Minimum **12th pass / Graduate** preferred.
- Prior experience in a call centre or customer service role will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
