**Job Description: Sales Agent (Personal Loan & Business Loan on Call)**
**Position Title**: Sales Agent - Personal & Business Loans (On Call)
**Job Overview**: The Sales Agent for Personal and Business Loans will be responsible for generating leads, providing consultations, and selling loan products to potential clients over the phone. This is a dynamic, target-driven role that requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build rapport with customers, and a deep understanding of personal and business loan offerings.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Identify potential customers for personal and business loans via cold calling, referrals, and other lead generation methods.
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and track outreach efforts.
- Qualify prospects to ensure they meet eligibility criteria for loans.
- **Consultation & Product Recommendations**:
- Understand clients' financial needs and recommend the most suitable loan options (personal loans or business loans).
- Explain the benefits and features of various loan products, including repayment terms, interest rates, and eligibility criteria.
- **Sales Process Management**:
- **Customer Service & Relationship Building**:
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any questions or concerns related to loan products.
- Build long-term relationships with customers for future loan opportunities.
- **Sales Targets & Performance**:
- Meet or exceed sales targets by closing loans.
- Track and report daily/weekly/monthly sales activities, providing feedback to the team leader or manager.
- Adapt to changing sales strategies to meet market conditions.
- **Compliance & Regulations**:
- Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Stay updated on changes in loan products, interest rates, and market trends.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous sales experience in financial services, especially loans or banking, is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
- Basic understanding of personal and business loan products.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to handle objections and overcome sales challenges.
**Work Environment**:
- This is an on-call, remote job. Flexible hours may be available, but agents must be available during business hours and be able to handle high call volumes.
**Compensation**:
- Base salary plus commission, with performance-based incentive
Pay: ₹9,521.31 - ₹11,000.00 per month
