**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound and outbound sales calls to drive conversions and meet customer requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving travel-related issues promptly.
- Provide accurate information and travel solutions to customers, ensuring a seamless booking experience.
- Hands on experience on any GDS tools preferably Amadeus for booking and managing travel services
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through persuasive communication and effective negotiation.
- Stay informed about industry trends and offers to improve the customer experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in travel sales, particularly in US domestic travel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to close deals effectively.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to integrity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using airline booking systems and CRM software.
- Willingness to undergo a thorough background check.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sohana, Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
