**Job Description - Travel Agent**

**Position: Travel Agent**

**Company: FORBCORP Pvt. Ltd.**

**Location: Mohali, Punjab**

**Working Days: 6 Days a Week (On-site)**

**Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Depending on experience)**

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Interact with customers to understand their travel requirements and preferences

Prepare customized itineraries including transport, hotels, and activities

Book flights, hotels, visas, and packages using online and offline platforms

Handle customer queries and resolve any travel-related issues promptly

Negotiate with suppliers to get the best rates and deals

Maintain accurate booking records and ensure smooth coordination with vendors

Build long-term relationships with clients and provide post-booking support as needed

**Requirements & Skills**:
Proven experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar travel role

Familiarity with major booking engines and travel platforms

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Customer-oriented approach with a friendly and professional attitude

Knowledge of domestic and international destinations is an advantage

Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
