Job Description

We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Travel Agents (Freshers) to join our Holidays team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates with a degree in Tourism or Travel Management to kickstart their careers in the travel industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in planning and booking holiday packages, including flights, hotels, and tours.
• Provide travel information and advice on destinations, itineraries, costs, and travel requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Coordinate with vendors and tour operators to arrange smooth travel services.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, visa requirements, and deals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Passion for travel and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of travel booking systems (training will be provided).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply – full training provided

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
