**Travel Agent - Day Shift (Ticketing - Amadu's)**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle day-to-day ticketing operations using GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
- Book and modify flights for domestic and international travel (primarily India-Canada routes).
- Advise clients on travel options, regulations, and visa-related matters.
- Coordinate with airlines for fare quotes, rescheduling, cancellations, and refunds.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client preferences.
- Collaborate with the Canada-based team to manage cross-border bookings.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 2 years of proven experience** in a travel agency or ticketing environment.
- Proficiency in **Punjabi and English** (verbal & written).
- Strong knowledge of airline reservation systems (GDS).
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Canada-India travel routes and customer expectations.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
