Work Description:
1. Customer will call the Toll free number to get an appointment with the Available or Nearby Doctor for consulting or treatment for their ailments, Call Center Agent must give a proper response knowing the details from customer and check the availability of Doctor by collecting the Zip Code

2. If the customer ask for an Ambulance to Book for any emergency, Call Center Agent must respond immediately to dispatch the Ambulance for the required location and stay on call until Ambulance reach the actual location and arrange an available doctor from that location.

3.No sales involved, No Targets involved, No Survey involved.

Scope of work:
Ensure the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of medical services

Assist physicians with patient care delivery

Work with other providers to ensure continuity of care

Develop and maintain effective communication with physicians, patients, and colleagues

Perform administrative duties such as scheduling, billing, and record keeping

Evaluate medical records and reports to determine patient's health status, needs, and

treatment, and advise physicians and other healthcare specialists

Create and maintain patient health records

Perform physical exams, diagnose and treat illnesses, and provide follow-up care

Advise patients on preventative and healthy habits

Serve as primary healthcare provider for patients

Contribute to business development and Strategic Planning

Attend regular staff meetings

Provide support for clinical and administrative functions

Assist with patient referrals and follow-up

Attend online medical conferences, training, and meetings

Other duties as assigned

Prepare and maintain patient charts, reports, and patient records

Any sort of medical emergency to be handled

End to End Operations of the Medical/Medicine

Requirements:
1 Fluency in English (spoken and written).

2.Typing speed up-to 60 WPM

3.Education Graduation preferably in Pharmacy. Nursing. Other may also apply

4.Experience 1- 2 years of call center experience.

**Salary**: 20K - 40K

Shift : Night US shift.

Perks: Cab Facility( pick and drop), One time meal, yearly bonus, performance bonus.
