We are seeking a dedicated and proactive individual to join our team as a Night Shift Call Support Agent. As a vital member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance to our clients during overnight hours. Your primary objective will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for every caller. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service, even during non-traditional working hours.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls during the night shift.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes and procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional phone manner.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
