Key Accountabilities:

- Understand client pain points and present tailored testing solutions to enhance their digital transformation journey
- Work closely with sales, pre-sales, and technical teams to develop proposals and presentations
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in banking institutions
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to revenue growth in the BFSI segment
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and customer interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
- looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) with experience in BFSI sales, specifically in software testing services for banking
- Experience working with banking clients for QA/testing services
- Knowledge of automation testing tools and frameworks

Mandatory Skills:

- Exposure to Fintech solutions and regulatory requirements in BFSI
- Present, demonstrate, and promote solution and services to financial institutions
- Participate in RFP’s, RFI’s, Tenders for Banking institutions
- Participate in BFSI, NASSCOM and Fintech events
- 3-5 years in BFSI Sales, preferably in Software Testing Services
