Projections goals and objectives for sales
- Hires, motivates, counsels and monitors the performance of all BDM’s
- Prepares and administers an monthly Sales Tracker
- Assists BDM’s in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives and provides them with the support to meet these goals.
- Ensures proper follow-up of all potential buyers by developing, implementing, and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system.
- Develops, implements and monitors a follow-up system for used-vehicle purchasers.
- Processes BDM’s incentive sheets daily and monitors the payroll records of all used-vehicle BDM’s through the support of HR team.
- Conducts daily and weekly sales and sales review meetings. (statewise and segment wise)
- Establishes and enforces product-knowledge standards.
- Support BDM’s close deals through BIC.
- Studies newspaper ads and any other sources available to find good-quality, low-mileage units.
- Assists in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions.
- Handles all complaints immediately received from BIC, TSM, ZBH and RBH and according to TMFSL guidelines.
- Attends BDM’s either in physical or virtual through zoom meet etc.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- If SSE feels BDM is lacking the product knowledge then a formal training has to be organized either by BIC/TSM /ZBH or RPH.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift
- Weekend only

Work Location: On the road
