Job Description**:Admin Executive**
**Department**: Administration
**Reports To**: HR Manager and Account HOD
**Job Summary**
The Admin Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the organization by managing administrative tasks, maintaining records, and providing support to different departments. The role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **General Administration**:
- Handle office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
- Manage office cleanliness and ensure the workspace is organized.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement and maintenance services.
- **Documentation & Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate records of company documents, contracts, and employee files.
- Ensure proper filing of digital and physical records for easy retrieval.
- Handle correspondence and official communication.
- **Coordination & Support**:
- Assist HR and other departments with administrative support.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments.
- Ensure seamless communication within the organization.
- **Attendance & Payroll Support**:
- Oversee attendance tracking systems (e.g.,ESSL and Other).
- Verify attendance and leave records before submission to payroll.
- Assist in resolving employee attendance-related issues.
- **Compliance & Reporting**:
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Prepare regular reports on administrative activities and expenses.
- Support audits and internal reviews.
- **Other Duties**:
- Manage courier services, incoming and outgoing communication.
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodation for employees.
- Take up additional tasks as assigned by management.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Educational Background**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative roles preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with attendance or payroll in manufacturing Industry is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
