We are looking for a
presentable, organized, and proactive

Receptionist Cum
Admin Executive to be the first point of contact at our office and to support daily administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:


• Greet and assist walk-in clients professionally


• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails


• Manage front desk operations and visitor records


• Coordinate with the sales team and internal staff


• Maintain basic office documentation and records


• Assist in CRM data entry and follow-ups


• Ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• Graduate preferred



Minimum 2 years experience
as Admin / Receptionist (real estate experience is a plus)


• Good communication skills (English, Hindi & Marathi preferred)


• Presentable personality and professional attitude


• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Email)


• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
