- To Implement established and approved accounting system to ensure financial discipline and to prevent irregularities for the given section1. To Monitor and ensure smooth accounting as per terms and policy guidelines.- 2. Periodical review of Creditors, Advances, to take action to achieve ageing less than 60 Days balances.- 3. Accurately review of vouchers and to ensure the payments as per terms.- 4. Review and control over expenses, take necessary actions to maintain expenses within budget.To Ensure timely preparation of Budget, MIS, and Cost Management.1. Analysis of Budget Vs. Actuals and control over cost.- 2. Quaterly Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Stock Valuation, CFD Reports.- 3. Present Monthly financial statements in MPR.- 4. To present next FY year Budget on time.5. Preparation and analysis for monthly MPR, to send MIS, Glossary, CMIS, Stock Reports etc to CFD as per schedule.- 6. To Develop Systems in Accounts, e.g. Controls over cost analysis.- 7. Review systems as per SOP periodically.To Optimze freight outward cost.1. After Freight outward Proposal submitted by PLH, Review and analyse the proposal and submit to FH-F&C for Approval.- 2. In case of diesel revision, checking done on basis of company policy.Materials Management.Ensure availability of raw materials, fuel, additives/
packing materials, stores & spares of the desired quality at optimum cost at right time for smooth and effective operation of the plant.Statutory ComplianceCoodination with UKSC, TDS, GST Tax Audit and payment etc to comply unit requirement. Co-ordination with Govt dept. e.g. Banks, Leagl depatment of RCW,railway, Legal advisers,- Coordination with advocates for various legal matters.People ManagementEnhancing skill of people through continuous learning and assigning projectsWorking Environment & safety: Ensure continuous improvements in working practices to achieve dust free environment and safe working.
- Promote best practices in safety, hygiene and Environmental Management
- Motivate teams for following safe and good housekeeping practices.
- Ensure implementation of safety procedure at responsible area and corrective actions on audit points as per UTCL Safety Standards/Guidelines
- 4. Impart training for creating safety/environment awareness.**Qualifications**:
Master of Business Admin,Master In Financial Management,Master Of Commerce

**Minimum Experience Level**:
8-15 Years
