We’re looking for an ambitious, hard-working, data-driven marketer with experience in designing, managing and optimizing integrated global CRM demand generation campaigns drive for our B2C and B2B offerings..
**What you’ll do**:
- Manage the strategy, forecasting, budgeting and reporting for our CRM campaigns
- Forecast, measure, analyse and report (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on the impact of demand generation programs on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length
- Proactively partner with Sales and Inside Sales teams to optimize workflow, ensuring delivery of highly qualified leads, seamless interactions for prospect, and encourage driving qualified sales leads to closure
- Manage service-level agreements with Sales & Inside Sales on lead definitions, lead acceptance/rejection reasons, and disqualification reasons that feed into appropriate nurture streams when applicable
- Understand and oversee the management and continual optimization of the flow of leads through the lead lifecycle across the various funnel stages and operational processes (i.e. capture, nurture, score, distribute, close)
- Work across Marketing to design, execute and optimize segment specific demand generation multi-channel programs including inbound, outbound, ABM, events, influencer marketing and channel programs to attract, capture, nurture and convert prospects
**Who we’re looking for**:
- 8+ years of experience managing marketing automation, marketing operations, demand generation, digital marketing.
- 4+ years of any marketing automation tool experience is desired. Demonstrated track record of success including marketing activities, design studio, lead database, and reporting
- Top program / project management skills to see projects through to conclusion and achieve results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Self-motivated and self-managed. Desire to grow in your career. Positive, upbeat attitude
