What does a CRM & Analytics Associate do?

**Responsibilities**:

- CRM management & optimisation
- Reporting and data manipulation to provide insights to the business
- Data Analysis on areas such as usage and behaviour on tools
- Identify and work to remove efficiency blockers for Sales & Customer Success
- Identify data, workflow, or process changes to improve the customer experience
- Optimise existing and bring in new tools to support sales productivity and efficiency
- Troubleshoot technical issues for sales

What we’re looking for in a CRM Associate
- Advanced Excel skills
- CRM experience (either Salesforce, Hubspot or Zoho)
- Basic coding skills (or willingness to learn)
- Familiarity with B2B sales terminology & metrics
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced scale-up environment
- Ability to interpret data sets and come up with, and communicate, actionable recommendations
