Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the art, luxury, or lifestyle sector. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers and understand their preferences to recommend suitable products.

Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client interaction and product knowledge.

Maintain a thorough understanding of our offerings, including the story behind the artworks.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Assist in organizing exhibitions, promotional events, and other sales-driven initiatives.

Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in art, luxury, retail, or lifestyle sectors.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Passion for art and creativity is a plus.

Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
