**Position Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive - Corporate Relations with 2-3 years of experience to spearhead corporate outreach, relationship management, and placement collaborations. This role involves direct communication with companies to explore hiring needs, schedule client meetings, and formalize placement tie-ups via MOUs and NDAs.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Initiate and maintain contact with corporate organizations to understand their hiring requirements
- Schedule and attend client meetings and represent the academy for partnership discussions
- Share placement proposals and secure MOUs and NDAs from partner organizations
- Coordinate and schedule campus drives, interviews, and placement activities
- Maintain a strong database of corporate contacts and follow up regularly
- Ensure timely communication and execution of placement services to clients
- Collaborate with internal placement and training teams to match talent with opportunities
- Track placement progress and submit regular updates to management

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Experience: 2-3 years in corporate relations, business development, or client servicing
- Education: Any Bachelor’s Degree (MBA preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building capabilities
- Willingness to travel for client meetings as required

**Work Location**

Primary Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Travel: Within city and occasional inter-city for client meetings
