**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Corporate Relations**
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Act as a primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring client satisfaction and timely communication.
- Develop and present proposals for recruitment and training solutions tailored to client requirements.
- **Business Development**:

- Identify and approach potential corporate clients to expand partnerships.
- Promote the organization's recruitment, training, and HTD (Hire, Train & Deploy) programs to corporates.

**Recruitment**
- **End-to-End Recruitment**:

- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
- **Database Management**:
**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in HR, or related fields (BBA preferred).
- **Experience**: Freshers
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year

- Mahalakshmi Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)
