**Designation**: Corporate Relations Executive

**Location**: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad

**Salary**: CTC of Rs. 5,00,000 per annum (Includes Variable pay)

**Please note**:Necessary deductions of PF, and PT will be done from your CTC

**Desired Experience**:Fresher or 1 year experience.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Researching and identifying sales opportunities, generating leads, target identification and classification

Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of products/services and reach out directly or through partners to target prospective business deals

Understanding the client requirements and then customizing the product/ services as per their needs

Focused on achieving/ exceeding targets defined for self and team

Carry out market research through industry contacts, publications, trade events, news to identify ideas for growth

Filter out high-potential deals by analysing business strategies, opportunity requirements / pre-requisites / financials, and internal priorities

Design the best negotiating strategies by considering the risks and rewards, and keeping in mind the counterparty's preferences & goals

Lead the negotiation to close the deal and draw in resources from within the company to make it happen

Manage all contractual requirements and align the end result with the company’s internal operations and capabilities

Constantly keep upgrading your business development techniques, and help in enhancing the company knowledge base by participating in training and educational initiatives

As the face of the organization, you will also help in building the brand of the company in the industry, vendor and customer community which also includes maintaining relationship with all potential and existing clients.

**Competencies and Skills Required**:
2 - wheeler Mandatory

Communication skills are the key to Sales. A good command of English language, the ability to speak fluently and write correct English are the basic requirements for this profile.

A clear voice, fluency, and correct pronunciation along with a strong grasp of grammar and words in English language.

Good interpersonal skills coupled with thorough understanding of product, market and customer.

Ability to understand client's needs and present solutions

Should be willing to travel and be adaptive

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
