Office timing : Monday - Friday

Time :10.30am to 7.30pm

Since 2016, the TT Lifesciences has been committed to delivering excellent educational events, conferences and meetings to tightly targeted audiences in highly regulated industries.

At that time, most of the educational forums provided for specialized industries were general and colorless. They were designed to have broad appeal to companies operating in vastly different sectors. In trying to address the needs of too many people, they actually addressed none.

TT Lifesciences set out to do things differently. We are client-centered and carefully curate a programme designed for our clients’ needs. The result? Educational events that are tailored to the professionals who attend and provide a space for real growth.

**Job Role and Responsibilities**
- Objective: To acquire speakers for various TT Lifesciences_
- Should be an excellent team player
- Identifying, inviting & confirming key industry speakers for meetings & conferences
- To build a database by sourcing quality industry speakers as per the defined process
- Maintaining a hygienic and updated prospect and client database
- Should be well versed with objection handling and winning speakers
- Should be able to outcall speakers for their feedback on Subject topics
- Proactively follow ups with the speakers for respective/ multiple projects
- Speakers/ Account Retention
- To coordinate with cross functional teams
- Should be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Should know how to meet deadlines by prioritizing & multitasking the allocated task
- Should work with flexible approach specially when priorities changes.
- Should know how to prepare Productivity report and share weekly, monthly, quarterly and Annually MIS with the Manager
- To maintain PPT (PODs) of respective project

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
