**What You'll Do**:

- **Own and drive end-to-end recruitment** for **both tech and non-tech roles**, from sourcing to closing.
- **Hunt, chase, and engage** top talent proactively.
- **Work closely with founders & hiring managers** to deeply understand hiring needs and build **tailored recruitment strategies**.
- **Drive urgency & accountability** in hiring processes, ensuring quick turnarounds and high conversion rates.
- **Manage high-volume hiring** without compromising on **talent quality**.
- **Optimize & refine hiring processes** to make recruitment at LearnTube **faster, sharper, and more effective**.
