Business Developement Executive(Bde)

**REQUIREMENTS/ RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Research and identify new market opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients.
- Conduct market research and develop business strategies.
- Increase revenues, growth in terms of business expansion by increasing profitability through building strategic partnerships, and making strategic business decisions.
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Growing business through the development of new leads and new contacts.
- Maintaining and updating sales, marketing and business development documentation.
- Assisting with marketing and promotional projects.
- Collaborating with management on sales goals.
- Demonstrate effective time management and planning abilities.
**MUST HAVE**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in B2B.
- BBA/MBA in international business/ sales & marketing or relevant field Extensive sales experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Great networking skills. Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others.
- The ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Self-motivation and the ability to be motivated by targets..
- Experience with CRM software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹350,000.00 per year
