Business Development Executive (ERP Sales)JOB OVERVIEW:As a Sales Business Development Executive (BDE) for our ERP software, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales of our property and tenant management ERP software. Your goal is to understand client challenges in real estate operations and offer tailored ERP solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and profitability.Key Responsibilities:Identify and target potential clients including property management firms, PG Owners etc.Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.Present and demonstrate ERP software solutions to property and tenant management clients.Develop strategic sales plans and pipeline forecasts to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Collaborate with the pre-sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure client needs are addressed.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms aligned with company policies.Maintain strong post-sale relationships for upselling, referrals, and renewals.Attend property and real estate expos, tech events, and networking sessions to promote the brand.Provide market feedback and contribute to product development and marketing strategy.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in ERP, SaaS, or property management software.Knowledge of the property management, real estate, or tenant services industry.Strong understanding of ERP platforms and how they address operational challenges.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a target-driven environment.Tech-savvy with CRM systems, lead management tools, and basic understanding of cloud-based solutions.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.Experience selling to landlords, property managers, or housing cooperatives.Knowledge of real estate compliance, leasing cycles, and tenant communication workflows.Familiarity with property management-specific ERP platforms.What We Offer:Salary Budget upto 5LPA.Growth opportunities in a booming PropTech sector (Hospitality Product Sales).Supportive team culture that values innovation and collaboration.
