We are a fast-growing cloud consulting and services company specializing in:Cloud Transformation – helping organizations migrate and modernize their applications and infrastructure on the cloudCloud Operations & Optimization – enabling businesses to operate efficiently and securely in the cloud while optimizing costsCloud Innovation – driving business growth through emerging cloud-native technologies and innovative architecturesWe are looking for an energetic and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and help expand our footprint across global markets.Key Responsibilities:Research and mine target accounts to identify decision-makers, influencers, and potential opportunities in alignment with our services.Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted prospecting.Plan and execute email campaigns, follow-up cadences, and drip campaigns to nurture leads.Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information on leads, contacts, and activities.Schedule introductory meetings and discovery calls between prospects and senior sales/technical teams.Collaborate closely with the pre-sales and marketing teams to develop and refine outreach strategies.Track outreach metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and report on sales pipeline progress.Required Skills and Qualification:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or business development roles, preferably in IT or cloud consulting.Prior experience working in pre-sales for cloud transformation, cloud operations, or cloud innovation services is highly desirable.Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS / Azure / GCP) and the ability to converse confidently with technical and business stakeholders.Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance incentivesOpportunities to work closely with senior leaders and gain exposure to global marketsA collaborative and growth-oriented work cultureContinuous learning opportunities in the cloud consulting domainHow to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience to careers@tivonaglobal.com
