Job Summary We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and drive growth within the education sector. In this role, you'll be instrumental in expanding our reach, promoting our innovative solutions, and contributing to the success of educational institutions. Roles and responsibilities: • Drive Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within schools, colleges, and other educational organizations. • Build Partnerships: Develop and nurture strong, lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the education community. • Champion Our Products: Effectively showcase and communicate the value of our products and services to potential clients. • Collaborate on Campaigns: Work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute impactful lead generation strategies. • Exceed Targets: Achieve and surpass marketing goals by successfully closing deals and securing new partnerships. • Inform Product Development: Gather and relay client feedback to our product teams, helping to shape future innovations. • Analyze & Report: Provide regular reports on marketing performance, market trends, and competitive insights. • Stay Ahead: Continuously monitor industry developments and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: • Education: A Bachelor's degree/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Experience: Proven experience in sales or business development, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Ed-Tech. • Skills: Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. • Work Style: The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team. • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. • Language: Fluency in English and Tamil will be a plus.
