**Job Detail**:
The position with Liability operations, operating out of Mumbai NKP office responsible for various activities related to Regulatory reporting, Term Deposit booking and other Salary processing operations
- **Position Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities**
- Hands on experience with day to day processing of various regulatory reporting to governing bodies.
- Hands-on working experience with UAT + Automation testing relating to FD booking, closures, regulatory reporting, etc.
- Liaising skills with all stakeholders like Business /Product/ IT / Business solutions group/vendor (s) to ensure a smooth end to end processing.
- Deliver seamless & error-free operations within the turn around time by devising workarounds for frequent system failures
- Hands on experience with Implementing the best industry practices while fulfilling the changing requirements set by Regulators.
- Drafting Process notes on various liability related activities.
- Should have an analytical outlook & should be good at preparing presentations
- Should have experience in team handling.
- Open for new initiatives when the situation demands.
- Good in communication (written & oral)
- Well versed with regulatory policies relating to TDS, Term deposits, regulatory reporting, etc.

**People Management**:

- Good with imparting knowledge to the rest of the team so that BAU timelines are not affected in the absence of any team member.
- Hands on experience to effectively handle the team in the absence of key persons and ensure smooth functioning.
- Good at taking decisions during unexpected problems and ensure client
- Good inter-departmental liasioning skills

**Experience/ Exposure**
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience in retail liabilities operations and system operations

**Education/ Qualifications**:

- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college
- Proficient written and spoken English
