AXIS-L-A00323 Marketing Manager Retail Liabilities INTERNAL USAGE No of Vacancies - Reports to Sr Marketing Manager Retail Liabilities Is a Team leader N Team Size 0 Grade DM M Business Retail Liabilities Department Marketing Sub-Department Marketing Location Mumbai About Marketing The Marketing Department plays a vital role in promoting the Axis Brand and building scale for subsidiaries The Key role of the marketing function is to influence consumer behavior help the various businesses of the bank achieve their business goals by developing a cohesive brand marketing strategy that drives awareness affinity therefore consideration for Brand Axis Marketing department is also the custodian of Brand Axis i e What does the Brand stand for Our Brand Philosophy etc About the Role The incumbent will be responsible for marketing of all mass and mass affluent liabilities products of Axis Bank He She will also be responsible for deepening the existing liabilities portfolio to drive an increase in account balances The incumbent will be responsible for marketing of Mass Laibilities Portfolio NPD Key Responsibilities The role includes Developing communication positioning for the following products -Trust Associations Societies Clubs Public Provident Fund Sukanya Samruddhi National Pension Scheme Atal Pension Yogana Kisan Vikas Patra RBI Bonds Inflation Indexed Bonds lockers safe deposit Support portfolio team to cross sell these products to the existing base Manage all innovations in liabilities products programs by developing releavamt consumer insight communication GTM Business teams RL Affluent Advertising agencies D2C agency research agencies activation agencies Qualifications Incumbent must have experience in working on 360 degree marketing campaigns A mix of both ATL and BTL marketing including digital marketing would be an advantage 2-4 years experience in Marketing MBA in Marketing from a good B School Role Proficiencies The incumbent must have experience in managing BTL activations which include understanding of working with different activation agencies consumer engagement plans etc S he should have good communication skills both written and oral a pleasant personality and good functional knowledge of Marketing S he should have the ability to think laterally and from a consumer perspective The incumbent is required to be a self starter energetic result-oriented team player with a strong work ethic Skills Refer to the About Company Axis Bank is the third largest private sector bank in India The Bank offers the entire spectrum of financial services to customer segments covering Large and Mid-Corporates MSME Agriculture and Retail Businesses The Bank has a large footprint of 4 594 domestic branches including extension counters with 11 333 ATMs 5 710 cash recyclers spread across the country as on 31st March 2021 The Bank has 6 Virtual Centres and has over 1500 Virtual Relationship Managers as on 31st March 2021 The Overseas operations of the Bank are spread over eight international offices with branches at Singapore Dubai at DIFC and Gift City-IBU representative offices at Dhaka Dubai Abu Dhabi Sharjah and an Overseas subsidiary at London UK The international offices focus on Corporate Lending Trade Finance Syndication Investment Banking and Liability Businesses
