Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Engagement**: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with product information, pricing, and availability of marbles and related products.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of marbles, their different types (e.g., decorative, functional, industrial, etc.), and related products to advise customers accurately and effectively.
- **Order Processing**: Process sales orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure on-time deliveries.
- **Customer Support**: Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues, handling inquiries, and addressing concerns about products or orders.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in CRM software. Provide regular updates to management regarding sales progress and opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to stay up-to-date on new product launches, promotions, and inventory.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role. Experience in selling decorative items or home décor products is a bonus.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.

Work Environment:

- Office-based role with some flexibility for remote work.
- Fast-paced environment with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Collaboration with team members and cross-departmental support is essential.
