The Opportunity:
What you will be doing every day:
Conduct reference and criminal checks and present offers of employment- Work closely with the Employee Success team to ensure both teams are operationally aligned- Share hiring best practices, wins and losses, jokes, and fun stories with the Talent Acquisition and Employee Success teams

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of full cycle recruitment or sourcing specialist experience in the Software or Consulting, or Telecommunications industry- Experience in hiring for non-tech roles (i.e: Sales Manager, Business Development Managers, etc)- Experience with x-ray boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and cold- Demonstrated success in developing a talent network for future opportunities- Experience working with HRIS and ATS, Workday is a plus.- Experience working at a recruiting agency a plus- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Demonstrates professionalism with exceptional interpersonal skills- Focus on accuracy and high-quality work with a sense of urgency- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask- Ability to work in a dynamic and demanding work environment while remaining positive and focused- Ability to work within IST and EST time zones when needed- Proven ability to provide quality service to internal and external customers- Problem-solving and analytical skills; results driven
