**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Develop visually compelling content, including photos, videos, and graphics, for social media channels.
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns aligned with brand identity and marketing goals.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
- Schedule, post, and monitor content, ensuring consistency in voice and tone across all platforms.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a strong online community.
- **Photo and Videography**:

- Plan and conduct photoshoots and video shoots for marketing purposes.
- Edit and enhance photos and videos using industry-standard software.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in visual storytelling and incorporate them into campaigns.
- **Strategy Development**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement social media strategies.
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to drive engagement and reach target audiences.
- **Analytics and Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive branding.
- Coordinate with external vendors or freelancers when necessary.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, and campaign management.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
- Creative mindset with excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Basic understanding of SEO and paid social media advertising is a plus.

**Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in social media marketing and content creation.
