**Job Overview**:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our team on a commission-based structure. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and selling our branding services. You will earn a **20% commission** on all closed deals, offering you a high earning potential with no cap.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients who could benefit from branding and consultancy services.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Pitch our agency’s branding services and tailor solutions to meet clients’ needs.
- Set and achieve sales targets, working independently to drive results.
- Attend industry events and network to grow the agency’s client base.
- Provide feedback on market trends to help the agency refine its service offerings.
- Collaborate with the internal creative and strategy teams to ensure the client’s needs are met.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the branding, marketing, or creative industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your sales pipeline effectively.
- Confidence in cold-calling and presenting to clients.
- Passionate about branding and marketing.
- Results-driven and target-oriented mindset.
