**About Us**:
We are a dynamic IT solutions company offering website development, mobile apps, digital marketing, SEO, and custom software services. We are currently seeking skilled and motivated Freelance IT Sales Executives to help us grow by converting leads into paying clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Present our IT services in a compelling manner tailored to the client's needs.
- Convert leads into confirmed clients for services like websites, apps, SEO, etc.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
- Coordinate with our in-house team to ensure successful project onboarding.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in IT sales or a strong network in the tech industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and result-driven attitude.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

**Compensation**:

- _Pure Commission-Based_: You earn 10%-30% of the total project value upon successful client conversion.
- Unlimited earning potential - the more you sell, the more you earn
- Bonuses or incentives for consistent performers.
