**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage in proactive outreach through cold calling, messaging, or warm networking.
- Target monthly sales of $25,000, with exceeding goals preferred.
- Initiate outbound sales communications with prospects using provided leads.
- Arrange and conduct virtual meetings with clients to present services and identify their needs.
- Foster relationships with potential and current clients through diverse online channels.
- Conduct pricing negotiations and establish terms to achieve revenue goals.
- Follow up with leads remotely to streamline the sales process.
- Collaborate virtually with teams to enhance sales strategies and processes.
- Deliver outstanding customer service remotely to ensure satisfaction is maintained
- Utilize remote tools to track sales data and generate detailed performance reports.
- Stay informed about remote market trends, industry updates, and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with the flexibility to work remotely.
- Demonstrate a proven sales track record and an in-depth understanding of the sign industry, adaptable to remote sales environments.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for remote interactions with clients and team members.
- Display strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities, essential for remote sales transactions.
- Show self-motivation, proactive initiative, and adept time management skills, vital for remote work success.
- Demonstrate adaptability to market changes and customer needs, particularly valuable in remote sales roles.
- Possess problem-solving skills and attention to detail, critical for addressing remote sales challenges effectively.

**What We Offer**:

- Competitive base salary plus commission structure.
- Sales must meet or exceed $750 to qualify for commission payout.
- Any sale below $750 will not contribute to your total sales for commission payout.
- Base salary is determined based on your skills and experience.
- Commission structure determined by project types.

**How to Apply**:

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
