Better Mind Institute is hiring a commission-based Sales Closer with a minimum of 4 years' experience in high-ticket EdTech sales. This role involves both handling qualified inbound leads provided by the company and generating your own leads through prospecting, networking, and outreach.

We are looking for someone who can confidently manage the full sales cycle: discovery, consultation, objection handling, and closing. This is a high-responsibility, results-driven position for those who are self-accountable and used to selling premium educational or coaching programs.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct discovery and closing calls with leads generated through campaigns or personal outreach
- Actively prospect for new leads via online channels, referrals, and community engagement
- Use the company’s proven call structure and objection-handling process
- Manage daily follow-ups and ensure maximum show-up rates
- Maintain lead tracking and updates through internal CRM or reporting tools
- Optimize time by focusing on evenings and weekends when lead engagement is highest
- Minimum 4 years of experience in high-ticket B2C sales (preferably EdTech or coaching)
- Fluent in English and Hindi with strong objection-handling and emotional intelligence
- Must be comfortable selling to parents, professionals, or decision-makers
- Proven ability to close consultative, high-trust sales
- Available during evenings and weekends with a proactive, performance-first mindset

**Compensation**
- Commission-only role
- Commission per successful conversion
- Additional bonuses may be offered based on overall performance
- Top closers typically earn competitive income through a mix of company leads and personal prospecting

**Please Note**
- Applicants without high-ticket EdTech experience will not be considered.

**Job Type**: Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
