**Key Responsibilities**
**Client Communication**:
- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and provide solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional interactions.
**Software Training & Demonstrations**:
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions on HRMS/Payrolling software for clients.
- Provide engaging software demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
**Technical Support & Assistance**:
- Troubleshoot client issues and collaborate with the technical team to resolve them.
**CRM Management & Excel Proficiency**:
- Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, training sessions, and issue resolutions.
- Use Excel for data management, reporting, and analysis related to client training and support.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
