Position Summary:
As a Customer Support Executive at DAMSON TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and technical support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide product and technical support for our range of electronic wearables.

Qualifications:

- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma; a college degree is preferred.
- Technical background or experience in the electronics or wearables industry is a plus.
