Broekman Logistics has a sales team in India organized around PMCs and regions, where you will be responsible for generating new sales. Our Sales team is organized into the following PMCs: Chemicals, Machinery & Spare parts, Manufacturing and General Cargo. Now we are looking for a new Sales Support Executive for the Region West - Ahmadabad.

As mentioned, you are highly commercial and have no hesitation in approaching organizations. Building and expanding a network excite you, and you know exactly where the decision-makers are and how to convince them of Broekman Logistics’ services. Furthermore, you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, business or related field.
- Proven record of success with the entries sales process, from planning to closing.
- Should have strong working knowledge of CRM software and other tools utilized in the Sales profession.- At least you have a unique combination of good interpersonal and communications/presentation skills, both written and oral, coupled with a sharp business acumen sales..The team you’ll work with as an Executive Sales Support

As an Executive Sales Support, you will be supporting the sales team in processing customer orders, entering orders into the system, generating shipping documents and coordinating with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment and act as a liaison between clients and the sales team, responding to inquiries, providing information about services, and addressing any concerns or questions clients may have regarding shipments, rates or logistics processes. You are always open to search potential clients and market trends to identify new business opportunities and support the development of sales strategies.
- Depending on the request, generate sales reports, analyze data and provide insights to the sales team to support decision-making and identify opportunities for growth, also assist in resolving customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively, working with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and customer experience optimization within the sales support function, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement solutions and ultimately contributing to the company’s success in the competitive freight forwarding industry.What we offer the Executive Sales Support.
