**Key Responsibilities**

**Quotation and Proposal Preparation**
- Prepare accurate quotations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Ensure timely follow-ups to convert quotations into confirmed orders.

**Sales Order Preparation**
- Create detailed sales orders based on finalised quotations.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate processing and delivery.

**Order Execution and Coordination**
- Oversee Purchase Order (PO) execution and coordinate with internal teams for on-time delivery.
- Ensure smooth handover of deliverables to clients.

**AMC Contract Renewal Follow-Up**
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients for AMC contract renewals and ongoing requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of renewal processes to maintain client satisfaction.

**Reporting and Documentation**
- Prepare and submit sales reports, including lead status, sales pipeline, and achieving targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and feedback.

**Client Relationship Management and Cold Calling**
- Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
- Maintain regular interactions with clients to build and sustain long-term relationships.

**Lead Generation and Follow-Up**
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research and networking.
- Proactively reach out to prospects to create new opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
