JOB DESCRIPTION - Sales Support

1. Tracking brands from different medias and finding the right point contact for Sales Person

2. To Understand the sales strategy from the sales person and put it in the presentation for client

3. To work on ideation & Innovation for new client meetings along with the experiential team

4. To coordinate with all Media planners on the brief shared by the client

5. To send the plan to the Sales person while he is on the field

6. To coordinate with the client on confirmation

7. Upon confirmation of the campaign, coordinate with the respective teams

(Commercial/Operations) to get the campaign executed smoothly

8. To submit a post-evaluation report to the sales person post the campaign end date(presentation)

9. To follow up with the accounts for submission of the invoices for payment

10. To be well versed with the Company profile & the Sole Inventories to conduct meetings

individually in case required

11. To regularly share the movie posters/trailers & any new development shared by

Marketing team with the Sales Person

12. To update all the competition tracking reports with the current status/feedback from

13. To Maintain the business details monthly basis - Compilation and Submission

14. To maintain the DSR report on a daily basis with the day-to-day work & share on a weekly

basis with HOD - Yourself

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
