**Job Title: Executive Assistant**
**Job Summary**:
An Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to executives or senior management personnel within an organization. They play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of executive activities, managing schedules, handling communication, and facilitating the efficient operation of the executive's office.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Calendar Management**:
- Maintain and manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prioritize appointments and commitments to optimize the executive's time.
- **Communication Management**:
- Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executive.
- Handle inquiries and requests, providing information or redirecting as appropriate.
- **Meeting Coordination**:
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, and materials preparation.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as necessary.
- **Travel Arrangements**:
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure travel plans align with the executive's schedule and preferences.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative support, such as managing expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining records.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the executive.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and partners.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and other departments or individuals, facilitating communication and collaboration.
- **Problem Solving and Decision Making**:
- Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to ensure the smooth operation of the executive's office.
- Make decisions on behalf of the executive when necessary, exercising judgment and discretion.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and other relevant tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹12,899.56 - ₹20,463.83 per month
