**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**Calendar Management**:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Manage calendars, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in scheduling.
**Communication**:
- Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
**Administrative Support**:
- Provide administrative assistance such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
**Travel Coordination**:
- Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and travel packs for executives.
**Meeting Support**:
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and presentations as required.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed.
**Task Prioritization**:
- Proactively identify priorities and manage conflicting demands on executives' time.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address them to ensure smooth operations.
**Confidentiality**:
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and documents.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
