**Job Summary**:
The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, ensuring efficient operation of their office and handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Manage and organize executives' schedules, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Prepare agendas, materials, and minutes for meetings. Coordinate logistics for meetings, including booking venues and arranging catering.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Organize and book domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation. Prepare detailed itineraries.
- **Documentation**: Draft, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Ensure all documents are accurate and professionally formatted.
- **Office Management**: Handle various office management tasks, including ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and liaising with vendors.
- **Project Support**: Assist with special projects, research, and other tasks as directed by the executives. Provide logístical and administrative support to ensure project success.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle all matters with discretion.
- **Client Relations**: Serve as a point of contact for executives’ clients and business partners. Maintain positive relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- **Event Planning**: Plan and execute corporate events, meetings, and functions. Manage all logístical details to ensure successful outcomes.
- **Financial Administration**: Assist with budgeting, expense reports, and financial documentation. Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of expenses.
- **File Management**: Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems. Ensure easy retrieval and secure storage of important documents.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, supporting senior executives.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with office management software and tools.
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external contacts.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- **Confidentiality**: Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred; additional qualifications as an Executive Assistant or in office administration are a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- The position is typically based in an office environment.
- The role involves sitting for extended periods, as well as occasional walking, standing, and lifting of office supplies and equipment.
- Standard working hours are usually maintained, but occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines or support events.
