**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized **Office Coordinator** to manage the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our office. This role is key to keeping the office running smoothly, supporting staff, and creating a welcoming and productive work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure everything runs efficiently
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors
- Manage office supplies, place orders, and maintain inventory
- Coordinate meeting rooms, schedules, and office events
- Assist with onboarding new employees (setting up desks, IT coordination, welcome kits)
- Liaise with building management, cleaners, and service providers
- Receive and distribute mail/packages and manage courier services
- Support teams with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document formatting
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
- Help maintain a tidy, professional, and friendly office environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
