AGENCY09 is looking for a talented Office Coordinator to manage our front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative tasks. As a Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our company.

Location: Bandra West, Mumbai
Responsibility:
- Welcome clients, guests, and employees, ensuring a professional and warm reception experience.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate team members, take messages, and provide relevant information.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
- Receive, sort, and distribute letters, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, managing conference rooms, and coordinating visitor appointments.
- Maintain office records, update databases, and assist in basic documentation and data entry.
- Ensure office supplies, stationery, and visitor materials are well-stocked and organized.
- Assist new employees with initial onboarding formalities and provide guidance on office protocols.
**Required Skills**:
- 1) Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and staff.
- 2) Ability to maintain a positive and polished image, representing the agency's brand.
- 3) Excellent interpersonal skills to provide exceptional service to clients and visitors.
- 4) Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- 5) Familiarity with office software like Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of phone systems.
Education - Bachelors' or above. Or a portfolio that never raises the question.
Joining Date : Immediate
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
