**The Role: The Heart of Our Mumbai Office**
As our Operations Coordinator, you will be the central force that drives our initiatives forward. You won't just be managing the office; you'll be a critical driver of our operational success. Your primary responsibility is to support the team wherever needed, clear roadblocks, manage key relationships, and ensure our Mumbai hub operates at peak efficiency.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
**Driving Initiatives & Project Support**:
- Act as the key support for all teams, proactively assisting with projects and initiatives to ensure they move forward efficiently.
- Track progress on key tasks, follow up with stakeholders on action items, and help ensure deadlines are met across the board.
**Operational Excellence**:
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, identifying bottlenecks and implementing solutions to improve workflows and productivity.
- Maintain a productive and well-equipped office environment, ensuring the team has all the tools and resources they need.
**Vendor & Relationship Management**:
- Own and manage relationships with all key operational vendors (e.g., printers, logistics partners, suppliers, service providers).
- Handle negotiations, manage contracts, process invoices, and ensure vendors deliver high-quality service.
**Customer Support**:
- Log customer feedback, resolve issues effectively, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams.
**Who We’re Looking For**
We are seeking a highly organized and energetic individual with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for making things work better.
- **Experience**: You have **2-3 years of proven experience** in an operations, project coordination, or multifaceted business support role.
- **Initiative**: You have a high degree of ownership and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. You don't wait to be told what to do; you anticipate needs and take action.
- **Project Coordination**: You have strong organizational skills and know how to keep multiple balls in the air, ensuring that projects stay on track.
- **Communication**: You are an excellent communicator, capable of working effectively with internal team members, external vendors, and customers.
- **Customer-Centric**: You have a customer-first attitude and the ability to handle inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- **Tech-Savvy**: You are proficient with MS Office Suite and Google Workspace and are comfortable learning new software.

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
