Back Office Coordinator

We are seeking a **responsible and detail-oriented Back Office Coordinator** to manage documentation, data entry, reporting, and coordination with internal teams. The role is critical to ensuring smooth daily operations and requires **strong organizational and multitasking abilities.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain records, files, and databases with accuracy.
- Prepare reports, handle documentation, and manage correspondence.
- Coordinate with internal teams and support management with MIS reports.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive company information.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Graduate in any discipline with 2-4 years of back-office/administrative experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
**Employment Type**: Full-Time
