**Customer Service Coordinator**
Location: Bandra (West), Mumbai
Office Timings: 10:30 AM to 7.30 PM
**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Interact with customers and clients to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to fulfill customer requirements efficiently.
- Maintain and grow client relationships to generate new business opportunities.
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Create, manage, and update the company’s **social media accounts** (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Support the management team in day-to-day business operations.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum **5 years** in **Customer Service / Client Coordination**, preferably in the **Apparel Industry**:
- Excellent **communication skills** and **command over English** (spoken & written)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in using social media platforms for business promotion
- Pleasant personality and customer-oriented attitude
**Compensation**:
Commensurate with experience and industry standards
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
